Our recommendations: • Weddings: 2-6 months ahead. Wedding season (May-October) books fast. • Bachelor/bachelorette parties: 3-6 weeks ahead. • Corporate events: 2-4 weeks ahead. • Birthday parties: 2-3 weeks ahead. • Holiday events (NYE, St. Patrick’s, etc.): As early as possible. These sell out.
We’ve squeezed in last-minute bookings before, but we can’t guarantee availability, especially on weekends. The earlier you reach out, the better your chances of getting the exact bus and date you want.
